They were extremely conscious about not disturbing the plants in our garden below the windows. They kept the place clean and tidy while doing the work for 3 1/2 days. We had a backdoor replaced and found that there was extensive wood damage from the previous install being done incorrectly. Russ Bauer came in and did a thorough, fantastic and solid repair job. He was professional, kept the area clean and safe at the end of each day (it was a three day repair). We are thrilled with his repair work. We would recommend Russ for any repair needs you have.

Could not be Happier…. From the sales experience, official measuring, to the post sales communication and the installation of our windows was better than we ever expected. The installers were top notch, paid attention to detail, amazing customer services, and fast. When they came in, they brough us donut holes from a local bakery near their shop that we recently learned about. When the installers finished everything, they took away the debris. You would never even know they were there. Except for the BEAUTIFUL new windows that I will enjoy for years to come! The carpentry work was amazing, and the windows are fantastic! Definitely a value add to my home. You get what you pay for… and more!

I wanted peace of mind, and Andersen’ s lifetime warranty provides me with that. LaVonne was my project manager and she always felt more like a trusted friend than a business partner. None of this would have been possible without every member of the Andersen team collaborating. From the initial meeting with their representative who took me through their engineering, replacement philosophy, ownership of total responsibility from manufacturing to the lifetime warranty. They take good care of us and the customer. One can’t get a better endorsement than that! Yes, I paid a premium price for this large window, that was installed on the second floor of my home, but, for me, it’s all about responsibility of duty to the client for life. Thanks, Andersen! The whole experience with Renewal by Andersen was very good. From sales to technical measurements to financing to installation…everything was a pleasant experience. Alexzander and Miguel, the main installation team, took very good care of our house while they were here. Every day they set up and then cleaned up as though it was the first and last day all in one. They answered all our questions and explained everything thoroughly. We are so glad we had RBA for this large project.
