Open to eligible residents of the 50 US, District of Columbia, British Columbia, and Ontario, who are the age of majority in their state /province of residence and residing in a zip code or postal code which houses a Renewal by Andersen vendor. Internet access required to participate in weekly drawings. The Renew Your Home Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is a series of four separate sweepstakes periods: Period One commences at 12:00:01AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST*) on January 16, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on April 16, 2022 (*Promotion Period One*), Period Two commences at 12:00:01AM EST on April 17, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on July 16, 2022 (*Promotion Period Two”), Period Three commences at 12:00:01AM EST on July 17, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on October 1, 2022 (“Promotion Period Three”), Period Four commences at 12:00:01AM EST on October 17, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on January 15, 2023 (“Promotion Period”. Promotion Period One, Promotion Period Two, Promotion Period Three and Promotion Period Four shall collectively be referred to as the “Promotion Periods*. To enter, complete the entry form available at a participating Renewal by Andersen trade show and place completed entry in the on-site entry box or enter online at renewalbyandersen.com. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST on the end date for that respective Promotion Period. Employees and immediate family members of Renewal by Andersen and Brandmovers, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Each participant may enter one (1) time each day of the Promotion Period. One (1) grand prize of a voucher usable for Renewal by Andersen products and accompanying installation awarded in the form of a gift certificate (terms and conditions apply) with a value of $10,000 will be awarded at the conclusion of each of the four Promotion Periods. Total RV of all grand prizes is $40,000. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no prize substitution will be made, except at “Sponsor” sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and or use of the prize. Upon receiving the Winner notification response, Administrator may send each potential Winner an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity (where legal) and Liability Release (if a United States resident) OR a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release (if a Canadian resident), which will need to be completed, signed and returned to Administrator within seven (7) days of receipt of the Release. Potential Grand Prize winners will be chosen in a random drawins of all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. If a resident of Canada, the potential winner must also correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill-testing question by phone without assistance of any kind prior to and as a condition of being declared a winner. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received (and in Cana- da, on the outcome of the skill test). Weekly promotions, each for one (2) $25 Starbucks Gift Card will also be held during each week of each of the four Promotion Periods for a total of 52 Weekly promotions and prizes.
